We offer a full wholesale service to both the retail and food service sectors, from whole carcasses down to individually packaged retail cuts.

• Butchers – whole fore/hindquarters, boxed primals & trim
• Food Service – boxed primals & trim through to individually packed steaks, joints, dice & mince
• Retailers – individually packed steaks, joints, dice & mince

We also understand that not all clients want premium super-aged cuts of meat, so we offer a bespoke service delivering meat tailored to our clients needs.

We provide a delivery service 6-days per week (mon-sat). We prefer 48hrs notice for orders, however we understand sometimes our clients need a much faster turn around and will try to find solutions accordingly.
