Description
Onglet is classed as offal and by law it only has a 7-day shelf-life, so we freeze them down on arrival from the abattoir.
We can send them out frozen but you will need to remove the centre sinew/silverskin before cooking, alternatively we can defrost and trim them up for you. If you would like the latter, pop a note on the order at checkout.
If you would like a fresh one, they come in every other Friday when our stock arrives back. Get in touch and we can put them aside for your order.
